• Brazil’s attorney general filed a criminal complaint accusing Eduardo Bolsonaro and influencer Paulo Figueiredo of coacción for lobbying U.S. authorities to impose penalties intended to influence Jair Bolsonaro’s trial.
• U.S. Treasury’s OFAC designated Viviane Barci de Moraes, the spouse of Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes, and LEX – Instituto de Estudos Jurídicos, freezing assets and blocking transactions under Magnitsky authorities.
