• Atlanta selected the contract of right-hander John Brebbia from Triple-A Gwinnett.
• The club also recalled Nathan Wiles and optioned Austin Cox and Wander Suero after a 19-4 defeat in Philadelphia in which Kyle Schwarber hit four home runs.
• Cox (68 pitches) and Suero (31) were unlikely to be available following heavy usage the previous game.
• Two open 40-man roster spots meant no additional move was required to add Brebbia.
• Brebbia earned the call with a 1.89 ERA over 19 Triple-A innings after a rough stint with Detroit in 2025, and further moves are possible with Chris Sale expected to come off the injured list Saturday.
