LeBaron, who has been hospitalized 17 times due to systemic juvenile arthritis, went viral for giving away $1,000 he received in a social media video to other shoppers at a Dollar Tree store.
The surprise follows LeBaron’s first Eagles game experience at the NFC Championship, where he met players and briefly encountered Cooper while watching the Eagles secure their Super Bowl spot.
Cooper presented the tickets during a celebratory moment featuring Eagles cheerleaders, a pep band, and confetti on the 'Today' show set.
The NFL provided five tickets so LeBaron, his parents, and siblings can attend the February 9 Super Bowl in New Orleans against the Kansas City Chiefs.
