Cooper, a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan, has been actively supporting the team during their playoff run, attending games with family and friends.
Earlier this week, Cooper surprised an 8-year-old Eagles fan with systemic juvenile arthritis on the Today show by gifting him and his family tickets to the Super Bowl.
The Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of their Super Bowl encounter two years ago, with kickoff set for Sunday at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.
