Overview

• Toraya Reid, 28, was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside the Paragon apartment complex in Jackson Township on Saturday around 11 a.m.
• Police arrested 29-year-old Shaquille Green nearby and charged him with murder and illegal weapons possession, and he is being held at the Ocean County Jail.
