• Emergency calls came in around 19:20 on Thursday reporting a youth down next to a scooter on Calle Majadahonda.
• The 13-year-old was treated at the scene and taken in critical condition to Hospital de Osuna, where he died.
• A second minor was injured in the same incident while riding on the scooter.
• Officials say the scooter struck a correctly parked car and they rule out a road runover or hit-and-run.
• The Guardia Civil traffic unit in Utrera is investigating, assessing speed and helmet use as part of the case.
