- Box to Box has produced sports documentaries Break Point and Full Swing for Netflix as well as Make or Break for Apple TV+, among others, while developing true crime and additional non-sports projects.
- The deal represents Bruin Capital's first minority investment or foray into produced entertainment.
- Box to Box will continue to be led by co-founders James Gay-Rees and Paul Martin and managing director Samantha Lawrence, but will look to expand its senior management teams in L.A. and London.
