Overview
- Daniel Thibeault, 51, of Laconia, was taken into custody Monday, according to Bow police.
- He is charged with two counts of felonious sexual assault and one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
- Investigators say the alleged assault occurred during an in-office visit at a South Street location in Bow.
- Thibeault is being held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections pending an arraignment scheduled for Tuesday.
