• Karen Diamond, 82, succumbed June 25 to severe burns from the June 1 Molotov cocktail and flamethrower attack on a pro-Israel “Run for Their Lives” march on Pearl Street Mall Boulder County prosecutors amended the complaint to convert two attempted-murder counts into first-degree murder charges and added 66 counts for 14 newly identified victims
• Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, now faces over 100 state charges alongside 12 federal hate-crime counts after pleading not guilty and remaining jailed on a $10 million bond
• Investigators say Soliman planned the assault for more than a year, shouted “Free Palestine” during the attack and specifically targeted the weekly demonstration
