- Hawkins was arraigned on three out of eight alleged vandalism incidents on Monday, where he was ordered held on $22,500 cash bail, and a mental health evaluation was ordered.
- Hawkins will be arraigned separately as early as Tuesday on the other five charges.
- Hawkins was arrested at a homeless shelter, which is listed as his home address in court records.
