Overview

• Border Patrol agents conducted a masked, armed operation at the Florin Road Home Depot on July 17 under the Immigration and Nationality Act’s 100-mile provision.
• The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said it did not assist the federal operation and that the total number of detainees remains unclear.
• Chief Patrol Agent Gregory K. Bovino reported that one aggravated felon with prior narcotics distribution convictions was arrested and that at least one U.S. citizen was among those detained.
