Overview
- Applications are accepted from 15 September to 14 November via the INPS portal using SPID, CIE or CNS, or through the Contact Center (803.164 from landlines, 06 164.164 from mobiles).
- Eligibility requires residence in Italy and an ISEE up to €50,000; vouchers of €1,500, €1,000 or €500 cover up to €50 per session and are paid directly to the therapist.
- Awards are allocated through regional and provincial rankings that prioritize lower ISEE and then the order of application submission, and the Autonomous Province of Trento will not fund the measure.
- Funding totals €9.5 million, covering about 6,300 beneficiaries, compared with more than 400,000 applications last year and widespread estimated need.
- Beneficiaries must book at least one session within 60 days of acceptance or forfeit the benefit, and they have up to 270 days from the rankings to complete use.
