Solana-based dog-themed meme coin BONK has reached a new all-time high, surpassing the market capitalization of Ethereum-based FLOKI, and now ranks among the top three dog-themed coins.
BONK's market capitalization is nearly $443 million, up an impressive 876% over the last month.
The surge in BONK's value is attributed to the rising fortunes of its parent network, Solana, which has almost tripled in value since the start of a criminal trial involving Sam Bankman-Fried last month.
BONK's trading volume has jumped over 270% in the last 24 hours, reaching $182 million, following its listing on crypto exchange KuCoin.
Despite its recent success, BONK still trails behind Dogecoin and Shiba Inu, which have market caps of nearly $13 billion and over $5.5 billion respectively.
