Bombay High Court Blocks Indrani Mukerjea's Travel to Europe

The Bombay High Court quashed a special court order that allowed Indrani Mukerjea to travel to Spain and the UK.
Indrani Mukerjea, accused of murdering her daughter Sheena Bora, had requested travel for updating bank documents and her will.
The CBI challenged the travel permission, arguing that Mukerjea might flee and that her tasks could be completed from India.
Justice Shyam Chandak stated the special court's order was unreasonable and unsustainable.
Mukerjea, along with her ex-husbands, is currently on trial for the alleged murder of Sheena Bora in 2012.
