• Ex-aide Mauro Cid said Bolsonaro received a draft coup plan from adviser Filipe Martins and personally amended it to remove orders to detain senior judges and legislators.
• Cid testified that Admiral Almir Garnier placed Navy troops at Bolsonaro’s disposal and that General Walter Braga Netto provided cash to fund surveillance and a plot against Justice Alexandre de Moraes.
• Former Justice Minister Anderson Torres acknowledged that draft decrees for a state of siege and electoral intervention were “recurrent” in Bolsonaro’s final days but insisted they were apocryphal and never acted upon.
• Torres admitted he took one such draft home instead of destroying it, yet denied ever discussing coup plans with Bolsonaro, military leaders or other officials.
