Mumbai Police have registered FIRs under Section 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and traced the IP address of the emails to Pakistan, initiating a cybercrime investigation.
The case follows recent high-profile incidents, including the assassination of politician Baba Siddique and an attack on actor Saif Ali Khan, raising concerns over celebrity safety in Mumbai.
