- The second round follows the 2009 Constitution’s rule after no candidate reached 50% or 40% with a 10-point lead in the Aug. 17 vote.
- Official tallies show Rodrigo Paz at 32.14% (1,625,882 votes) and Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga at 26.81% (1,356,370 votes).
- Bolivians in Argentina can check eligibility on the TSE’s Yo Participo platform and vote at the Buenos Aires consulate or 13 vice-consulates if listed.
- The TSE published overseas polling sites, with no voting in Austria, Canada, China, South Korea, Cuba, Egypt, India, Nicaragua, Russia, or Venezuela.
- Roughly 162,000 Bolivians in Argentina voted in August, nearly half of the overseas electorate, and the presidential inauguration is scheduled for Nov. 8.
