Investigators are probing a suspected boiler malfunction at the unopened high-rise.

  • At least five people sustained burn injuries, and HFD sources said the injuries occurred inside the building.

  • A HAZMAT team was called as a precaution, and arson investigators and fire marshals are examining equipment failure during repairs as a possible cause.
