- More than 30 Global South delegations met in Bogotá on July 16–18 at an emergency Hague Group summit to coordinate action against Israel’s Gaza operations.
- Twelve nations—Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Indonesia, Iraq, Libya, Malaysia, Namibia, Nicaragua, Oman, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and South Africa—formally endorsed the Bogotá declaration.
