Bodycam Footage Reveals Details of Child Abuse Allegations Against YouTuber Ruby Franke and Husband's Attempt to Have Daughter Arrested

Police bodycam footage displays interaction with Kevin Franke, husband of accused child abuser and Youtuber Ruby Franke, seeking arrest of their daughter on theft charges, while separate footage reveals disturbing scenes during home search following discovery of malnourished child.

Newly released police bodycam footage shows Kevin Franke, husband of arrested YouTuber Ruby Franke, demanding the arrest of their 20-year-old daughter, alleging she robbed their home in their absence. The officers explain that it's a civil matter and she did not take the items with the intent to deprive him of them, further stating that Kevin had less of a right to enter the home as he hadn't lived there for over a year.
Ruby Franke, owner of the now-banned YouTube channel '8 Passengers', was arrested on allegations of abusing her children. Her 12-year-old son was found wandering their neighborhood seeking food and water, appearing malnourished and with open wounds and duct tape around his limbs.
Ruby's business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, was also arrested after Franke's children were discovered bound with duct tape at Hildebrandt's house. Franke has four minor children with her husband Kevin, who has been fighting for custody of their minor children.
Additional bodycam footage reveals police busting into Ruby Franke’s Utah mansion after discovery of her malnourished child. They later found two of Franke’s kids at the home of a fellow ConneXions member and the children were taken into state custody.
Ruby and Hildbrandt were arrested and charged with multiple counts of aggravated child abuse and as the case proceeded, four additional counts of abuse were added. Attorney Randy S. Kester, representing Kevin, blames Ruby’s behavior on her association with Hildebrandt, who had her license to practice therapy suspended, and alleges she destroyed his marriage and family.
