Body of Missing 5-Year-Old Prince McCree Found in Milwaukee, Two Persons of Interest in Custody

The body of five-year-old Prince McCree, who was reported missing on Wednesday afternoon, was discovered on Thursday morning in a trash dumpster about a mile from his home in Milwaukee.
Two persons of interest are currently in police custody regarding Prince's case; they are a 27-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy - both lived in the same building as Prince.
The cause of death is still under investigation, but the police are treating Prince's death as a homicide.
Prince's family reported him missing after his father woke from a nap and found the boy gone; a missing child alert was issued to media outlets on Wednesday night.
Both state Sen. LaTonya Johnson, who lives across the street from Prince's family, and a family fundraiser claimed that the people arrested were co-residents in the multi-unit home where Prince lived.
