Body of Missing 4-Year-Old Kentucky Girl Believed Found, Caregivers Arrested

Brittany Slaughter, 24, and Adam Hayes, 34, the caregivers of 4-year-old Chloe Darnell, have been arrested on charges including murder and abuse of a corpse.
Chloe, who was in the care of her aunt, Brittany Slaughter, had not been seen since late September.
Authorities have recovered a body believed to be Chloe's, but the identity has yet to be officially confirmed.
The body has been sent to the state medical examiner's office in Frankfort for an autopsy and positive identification.
Additional charges may be filed against Slaughter and Hayes, as the investigation remains active.
