Body of 2-year-old Matilda Sheils recovered from river; search continues for missing 9-month-old brother

A body found in the Delaware River near Philadelphia has been identified as 2-year-old Matilda Sheils, who went missing during flash flooding in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Matilda and her 9-month-old brother Conrad were swept away when their family's vehicle was caught in the floodwaters.
The children's mother, Katie Seley, also died in the flash flooding along with four other individuals.
