- North Wales Police said a body was discovered on Tuesday afternoon, September 30, and formally identified as Kieran, 27, from Worcestershire.
- Kieran reached the summit around 7am on Monday and was last seen near Bwlch Glas close to the Pyg Track shortly before midday.
- A multi-agency operation involved North Wales Police, Llanberis Mountain Rescue teams and the HM Coastguard helicopter from Caernarfon.
- Officers had appealed for walkers’ photos and for a group who spoke with Kieran around noon to come forward during the search.
