• A body was found Wednesday under a bridge near the Lacey Anderson Dam and has been sent to the Santa Clara County medical examiner for identification
• FBI agents joined Morgan Hill Police Department and the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office on July 2 in the expanded search effort
• Investigators have labeled 21-year-old Martin Mendoza a person of interest; he has been uncooperative and may be driving a white Toyota Camry with plates CW87W00 or 9PTM351
• Surveillance footage and witness statements place Marissa DiNapoli leaving a Trail Drive residence with Mendoza on the morning of June 29, and her black Ford Mustang convertible was later recovered nearby
• Friends report that DiNapoli had previously warned them Mendoza threatened her and exhibited obsessive, potentially violent behavior
