Bodies of US Missionaries Killed in Haiti Returned to Missouri

The remains of Davy and Natalie Lloyd, killed by gang members in Port-au-Prince, have been repatriated following complex negotiations.

Davy and Natalie Lloyd were ambushed and killed by gang members in Haiti on May 23, 2024.
Their bodies were returned to the US after a week of negotiations involving US officials and Haitian authorities.
The couple had moved to Haiti in 2023 to work with the nonprofit organization Missions in Haiti.
The attack also claimed the life of Haitian mission director Jude Montis.
A funeral for the Lloyds is scheduled in Missouri, with services to be livestreamed for those unable to attend.
