  • She was a former U.S. Senate staffer, a civic leader in Casper, Wyoming, and a friend of U.S. presidents and other world leaders.
  • Bobbi Barrasso was state director for Wyoming Sen. Craig Thomas, a Republican, until his death in 2007. John Barrasso, then a state senator, was appointed to replace Thomas.
  • She was also a breast cancer survivor and a founding member of the Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative.
  • Bobbi is survived by her husband, her daughter Hadley and her younger brother Mike.
