  • Pasteur bundles three proposals—BEP-682, BEP-695 and BEP-675—that now reject duplicate validator entries in cross-chain light-block checks, remove old operator key authority after key rotation, and let builders submit pre-executed blocks to reduce duplicate execution.
  • Node operators were required to install client version 1.7.7 and remove the deprecated EnableBAL config before the fork because leaving that field would prevent the updated client from starting.
