  • The iX3 is in its final testing phase at Miramas in southern France.
  • Its 800-volt electrical architecture enables a peak charging rate of 400 kW for a 350 km range boost in 10 minutes.
  • BMW quotes a WLTP range of up to 800 km for the dual-motor iX3 50 xDrive.
  • Bidirectional charging functions support Vehicle-to-Load, Vehicle-to-Home and Vehicle-to-Grid with up to 3.7 kW discharge in Europe and an optional DC wallbox offering higher power.
  • A new “Heart of Joy” central computer along with three other high-performance controllers powers AI-based driver assistance and the Panoramic iDrive infotainment system with head-up display and augmented reality.
