Overview
- A public draw at 11 am on November 11 at Bal Gandharva Rangmandir in Bandra West will allocate seats for SC (women), ST (women), OBC (general and women) and general women.
- The draft reservation list will be published on November 14, with objections and suggestions accepted until 3 pm on November 20 via ward offices or the BMC website.
- Lottery results will be submitted to the State Election Commission the same day, with hearings on November 21 and the final list to be published in the government gazette on November 28 per the SEC schedule.
- All 227 wards are covered, and the BMC has named designated officers and provided office addresses, emails and phone contacts to enable citywide feedback.
- The SEC has set December 2 voting and December 3 counting for 246 municipal councils and 42 nagar panchayats, while the BMC election dates are yet to be announced.
