Overview

• The 1.2–1.265 km, six‑lane flyover from Dindoshi Court to SGNP is in advanced stages, with 27 of 31 piers erected and 12 of 26 spans completed.
• Approach roads are slated to finish by January 31, 2026 (Dindoshi side) and April 30, 2026 (Film City side), with opening targeted for mid‑May 2026.
• A Japan‑supplied TBM is being assembled and expected to be ready by January 2026, with tunnel boring to begin in the first half of 2026; a second TBM is due by December 2025.
• Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani inspected sites and directed teams to expedite permissions, NOCs and land acquisition, as some Mulund‑side works await rehabilitation and plot handover.
