Bluesky has launched a beta version of a Trending Topics feature, enabling users to view and engage with the most-discussed topics on the platform.
The feature is accessible via the search bar on both mobile and desktop apps and includes a list of top and recent posts for each trend.
Currently, Trending Topics are available only in English and present global trends without regional customization, though future updates may expand language and regional options.
Users can opt out of the feature by disabling it in settings, and muted words will not appear in the trending list to maintain content preferences.
Bluesky recently surpassed 25 million users, reflecting significant growth as it competes with platforms like Threads and X (formerly Twitter).
