Blue Man Group to End New York and Chicago Runs After Over 30 Years

The iconic, nonverbal performance art show will conclude in February 2025 in New York and January 2025 in Chicago, while continuing in other cities worldwide.

Blue Man Group will end its 34-year New York City run on February 2, 2025, after 17,000 performances at the Astor Place Theatre.
The Chicago production will also close on January 5, 2025, marking the end of its long-standing presence in the city.
The show, known for its unique blend of percussion, physical comedy, and interactive performance, debuted in New York in 1991.
Blue Man Group will continue its productions in Las Vegas, Boston, Berlin, and Orlando, with the latter resuming in April 2025 after postponements.
Acquired by Cirque du Soleil in 2017, the show has entertained over 50 million people worldwide through its residencies and tours.
