Overview

• Federal and state agencies have identified 32-year-old Benjamin Hanil Song as the twelfth suspect in the July 4 ambush at the Prairieland ICE Detention Center.
• Eleven co-defendants have been arrested and charged with attempted murder of federal agents and discharging a firearm during a violent crime, leaving Song as the only suspect still at large.
• The Texas Department of Public Safety issued a statewide Blue Alert for Song after an officer was wounded in the coordinated attack.
