A red and white plaid blanket belonging to Elijah was found 3.7 miles from where he was last seen, confirming its ownership after nearly a month.
Elijah's mother, Katrina Baur, and her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, have been arrested and face charges of child neglect, with Baur also facing charges of chronic child neglect and obstructing an officer.
Authorities and volunteers continue to search urban and rural areas, including water bodies, as the reward for information leading to Elijah's discovery rises to $40,000.
