Overview
- On July 1–2, Lively’s legal team formally subpoenaed Perez Hilton, Candace Owens and Andy Signore seeking any communications between them and Justin Baldoni or his associates.
- The subpoenas aim to bolster Lively’s December allegations that Baldoni sexually harassed her on the set of “It Ends With Us” and retaliated through a coordinated media effort.
- In June, Judge Lewis J. Liman dismissed Baldoni’s $400 million countersuit, ruling that his defamation claims were baseless and fully vindicating Lively.
- Last month, Lively also subpoenaed Scooter Braun and HYBE America for documents on PR consultant Melissa Nathan’s work with Baldoni, underscoring her broad evidence-gathering strategy.
- Both Owens and Signore have denied receiving any subpoenas and questioned the timing as both parties gear up for a federal trial set to begin March 9, 2026.
