- Casagrand announced a strategic partnership with Blackstone to fund 4.2 million sq ft of industrial and warehousing space across two parks on 154 acres in Sriperumbudur near Chennai.

- A portion of the space is already pre-leased to an Indian auto major for an auto-spare parts consolidation facility.
