BLACKPINK's Lisa performed at the 2024 Le Gala des Pièces Jaunes, a charity event, where she was brought to the center stage by the French First Lady, Brigitte Macron, a move that went viral on Chinese social media platform, Weibo.
Lisa's performance included a collaboration with American musician DJ Snake, and she was also seen enjoying and filming the performance of K-pop group Stray Kids.
The event was attended by several A-listers including Maroon 5, J Balvin, Pharrell Williams, A$AP Rocky, and more.
This was Lisa's first public performance after parting ways with YG Entertainment in December 2023, although she did renew her group contract for BLACKPINK with the company.
Lisa and other BLACKPINK members have not renewed their individual contracts with YG Entertainment, with member Jennie founding her own label, ODDATELIER, and member Jisoo reportedly joining her brother's agency, Blisoo.
