BLACKPINK Renews Group Contract with YG Entertainment, Members Pursue Solo Careers

Jennie forms her own agency, ODD ATELIER, as the group prepares for individual endeavors in 2024.

BLACKPINK, one of the world's biggest K-pop groups, has renegotiated their contracts with YG Entertainment, choosing to remain as a group but not renewing their individual contracts.
This decision allows the four members — Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé — to pursue their own solo careers and opportunities.
Jennie has already confirmed the formation of her own agency, ODD ATELIER (OA), and expressed excitement for her solo journey in 2024.
The other members of the group have not yet made official announcements about their solo careers.
Despite the individual pursuits, BLACKPINK will continue to operate as a group under YG Entertainment.
