Blackhawks acquire star winger Taylor Hall from Bruins

The Chicago Blackhawks traded two defensemen to the Boston Bruins for forward Taylor Hall and Nick Foligno.
The trade allows the Bruins to shed Hall's $6 million salary cap hit.
Hall is expected to play on the Blackhawks' top line alongside expected No. 1 overall pick Connor Bedard.
Foligno has 16 NHL seasons under his belt and will provide veteran leadership to the rebuilding Blackhawks.
The deal gives the Bruins more flexibility to re-sign their own free agents and address other roster needs.
