BJP Alleges Sonia Gandhi's Links to George Soros-Backed Group Supporting Kashmir Independence

The BJP has accused Sonia Gandhi of ties to the Forum of Democratic Leaders in Asia Pacific (FDL-AP), a group allegedly funded by George Soros's foundation that supports Kashmir's independence.
The ruling party also claims that the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, under Sonia Gandhi's leadership, partnered with Soros-linked organizations, suggesting foreign influence in India's internal affairs.
Congress and other opposition leaders have rejected these accusations, labeling them as baseless attempts to divert attention from issues such as allegations against the Adani Group.
BJP MP Nishikant Dubey announced plans to question Rahul Gandhi in Parliament, alleging collusion between Soros, the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), and opposition leaders to destabilize India.
The U.S. government has dismissed BJP's allegations, stating that its funding supports independent journalism without influencing editorial decisions.
