  • Bitzlato, a Hong Kong-based crypto exchange, had no KYC and was a major support for the darknet marketplace Hydra.
  • Legkodymov agreed to dissolve Bitzlato and forfeit $23 million in cryptocurrency.
  • Bitzlato was sanctioned by the U.S government in January, when it was alleged it laundered some $700 million worth of funds.
  • Binance was a major Bitzlato counterparty and blocked funds in 20 wallets in connection with the case.
