Bitget Launches Stocks 2.0 Tokenizing 36 U.S. Equities and ETFs
It ties one-to-one on-chain tokens to a licensed real-world issuer to link them to U.S. market liquidity for USDT-settled trading.
Overview
- Bitget rolled out Stocks 2.0, which launched June 2–3, offering 36 tokenized shares and ETFs including Apple, Tesla, NVIDIA, Microsoft and QQQ.
- The tokens are issued with Reality and use 1:1 economic mapping so each token is intended to match the value of an underlying share.
- Stocks 2.0 trades directly against USDT and converts cash dividends into USDT while automatically adjusting token balances for stock splits and other corporate actions.
- Eligible tokens are usable across Bitget’s unified accounts, margin, spot and futures grid tools, copy trading, and select yield products while fees start at 0.1% with VIP discounts and regional access limits.
- Bitget frames the launch as part of a wider push to link crypto and traditional markets and grow tokenized real-world assets after reporting prior tokenized volumes and projecting broader adoption by 2030.
