  • Bison Futé rates departures orange on Friday for Île-de-France and parts of the Nord-Est, with green conditions elsewhere nationwide.
  • Peak pressure is expected Friday from mid-afternoon into the evening on the A6 and A10, with advice to leave or cross Île-de-France before 14:00 or after 21:00.
  • Motorists are asked to avoid the A31 between Beaune and Luxembourg from 15:00 to 19:00 and the A36 between Besançon and Germany from 14:00 to 19:00.
  • On Saturday, only Île-de-France is orange for departures, with denser traffic near A6 and A10 toll plazas from mid-morning to early afternoon and a recommended window before 08:00 or after 16:00.
  • Sunday is forecast green nationwide for returns, with cross-border school holidays adding limited impact and an outlook more favorable than 2024’s red-rated departure day.
