- Thousands of worshippers are expected to attend the Friday, June 6 gathering, mirroring earlier Eid al-Fitr crowds in Birmingham.
- Green Lane Masjid and Community Centre will host the prayers at Small Heath Park based on Saudi moon-sighting dates, offering free parking at nearby Morrisons to ease access.
- Five hourly prayer sessions will run from 6am to 10am to accommodate large numbers and relocate indoors if weather turns.
- After prayers, participants will perform Qurbani by slaughtering livestock including sheep and goats, sharing meat with family and the needy.
