Birmingham Stallions Repeat as Champions, Defeat Pittsburgh Maulers 28-12

The Birmingham Stallions won their second consecutive USFL Championship title by beating the Pittsburgh Maulers 28-12.
Stallions quarterback Alex McGough, named league MVP, threw four touchdowns and ran for another score.
McGough connected with Deon Cain for three touchdowns as Cain finished with 70 receiving yards.
Birmingham's defense held Pittsburgh to just three field goals and scored two touchdowns of their own.
The Stallions took a nine-point lead into the fourth quarter and held on to secure their second straight championship.
