Overview
- Members can now choose a monthly tiered structure that awards 0.5x, 0.75x, 1x, or 1.25x points on housing based on everyday spend equal to 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of their rent or mortgage.
- The original path remains in place, earning 4% in Bilt Cash on non‑housing purchases to boost housing points, and Bilt says both options allow earning housing rewards without added fees.
- The three‑card lineup—Bilt Blue ($0), Obsidian ($95), and Palladium ($495)—adds mortgage rewards and distinct earnings, including Obsidian’s 3x on dining or groceries and Palladium’s flat 2x on everyday spend.
- All cards include a 10% introductory APR on new purchases for the first 12 months, after which the standard variable rate applies.
- Existing cardholders have until Jan. 30 to select a new card and keep their number as accounts migrate from Wells Fargo to Cardless with only a soft credit check; general use begins Feb. 7.
