Overview
- The Bills will play the Patriots at Highmark Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m. ET with the local TV feed on WIVB and streaming available on Paramount+, fuboTV, YouTube TV and NFL+ mobile.
- Buffalo enters 3-0 after a win over the Chargers even though the offense committed five turnovers in that game, three of which were charged to quarterback Josh Allen.
- Edge rusher Greg Rousseau has opened the season with six sacks in three games and leads the NFL in that category.
- New England is 1-2 after a 35-6 loss to Jacksonville and quarterback Drake Maye has one touchdown and six interceptions through three games while being sacked repeatedly.
- Cornerback Christian Benford left the last game with a foot injury and could be replaced by rookie Davison Igbinosun if he is unavailable, a development that has fed a Bills betting line near -6.5 and could alter Buffalo's game plan and New England's matchup strategy.
