Darwin Deason's opulent 'Sandcastle' mansion could set a new real estate record in San Diego County.

The 'Sandcastle' estate spans nearly 13,000 square feet and features old-world European-inspired interiors.
Owned by Darwin Deason, the property includes a guesthouse modeled after Versailles’s Le Petit Trianon.
The mansion boasts luxurious amenities such as a private elevated beach, a pool, a fitness center, and a nautically themed bar.
Deason has invested approximately $60 million into the property's construction since purchasing it in 2009.
If sold at the asking price, it would surpass the current San Diego County real estate record of $44 million.
