Overview

• The two-hour written test will begin at 12 noon on six dates—July 16, 20, 23, 27, 30 and August 3—across 627 centres statewide
• Candidates will be randomly allotted centres outside their home districts to prevent any undue advantage
• Out of 1,706,628 online applications received, 1,673,586 were deemed valid after scrutiny and the final list was published on June 6
• A 35% quota has been reserved for women in the recruitment of Bihar Police and Special Armed Police constables
• Centre superintendents will stay connected via hotline to CSBC headquarters as live CCTV feeds and 5G/Wi-Fi jammers maintain exam integrity
